PrepHK: IIQE

This Privacy Policy describes how the PrepHK: IIQE app and website (together, "the Service") handle your information.

Summary

The Service is primarily an offline study tool. We do not run our own backend, do not require accounts, and do not collect personal data such as name, email, phone or location. Your quiz history, bookmarks and preferences are stored locally on your device only.

Data Stored on Your Device Only

• Quiz attempt history (scores, answers, timestamps)
• Bookmarked and flagged questions
• App preferences (language, selected paper, theme)
• Practice streak data

This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it.

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

RevenueCat (in-app purchase processing)

If you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction and grants the corresponding entitlement. RevenueCat may collect a randomly generated anonymous user identifier and your purchase receipts. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store / Google Play

Apple or Google processes all payments and may collect data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone, address)
• No location data
• No usage analytics or tracking SDKs
• No advertising identifiers; the Service does not show ads
• No user accounts or registration

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties beyond the payment processors named above (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) for the sole purpose of processing your purchase and granting the corresponding entitlement.

Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time by using the "Reset Statistics" option inside the app, or by deleting the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults preparing for a professional licensing examination. The Service does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
